Alícia Trepat Pont
Alícia is a designer and facilitator of distributed leadership and ecosystem building. In addition to practicing these in her own communities, she has co-authored research on these topics and is currently undertaking a PhD at Taltech in affiliation with the P2P lab.
Her research is focused on emotions in self-organised settings. This builds the foundation of her work on how self-organised teams and communities can be places for personal growth and seeds to transform our socioeconomic system.

Clothilde Sauvages
Clothilde is a former top-level sportswoman and specialist in environmental issues. She works to bring the world of sport together with militant and activist organisations, through her podcast and media Vent Debout, launched with Sylvain Paley in 2023. She conducts also advocacy actions.
Convinced of the importance of integrating social and environmental issues at the heart of the strategies of public and private organisations, she also supports these institutions in their transformations.

David is a social entrepreneur and a collaboration catalyst. He builds and connects local ecosystems for a regenerative culture. His passion is to design and hold spaces & process for potential to unfold: as a consultant to co-create structures that unleash potential in organisations and communities, as a facilitator to harness the intelligence of a collective and as a coach to inquire together on the next steps of individuals´ journeys. He loves to work with and in nature and taking groups outdoors. He is teaching at Munich University around governance, self-organisation and distributed leadership.

Khushboo is a designer, creative researcher and futurist. As a co-founder of BrusselAVenir, a socio-artisitic citizen lab, she facilitates critical reflections and new imaginaries through critical and participatory design in Brussels. BrusselAVenir along with Brusseleirs creates imaginative fiction about the futures of Brussels - stories that make us think about other ways of being, other ways of living. Their mediums oscillate from video-making like short films or TV-show to audio design like a radio show of the futures or an installation inside a running tram.

Martin is passionate and curious about the sociology of human groups. He likes to build bridges between the concepts of freedom, democracy, responsibility… between our society and societies. He has been experimenting for years with new models of organization and management, and now likes to accompany companies to transform themselves, cooperate with their ecosystem and explore new collaborative practices. He is co-founder of the consulting cooperative Resiliences.

Maud is passionate about developing spaces of cooperation and dialogue within organizations, networks, and society. How can we make our gatherings more meaningful ? How can we develop the culture of listening to each other, learning to disagree and going further together… ? She works as an independant facilitator in Normandy, France. She is also actively engaged in the Art of Hosting Community, and in the French Association “Place du Dialogue”, always with this intention of spreading the art of conversations that matter.

Romain works especially on mountains territories transformation using pragmatist inquiry to map social and technical relations (as infrastructures but also human attachments). He experienced on various occasions collaborative spaces with the communities of concern and believes in the power of commons.

He is a co-founder and co-leader of Cities CAN B, board advisor of Sistema B Brasil, board advisor to CEBDS (Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development), and a board member and sustainability director at agribusiness Estância do Chalé.
