"A constant transition: Inspired by the possibilities emerging with new technologies we wanted to lower the barrier of entry for anyone to create a market places for a service companies. Coliga emerged in Apoio, a community powered cleaning service in Berlin. Inspired by the fast changing environment in the start up scene, communities and sharing economy, we created CoLiga - a easy way for anyone to create vertical market place for business like Apoio. Our motivation is to lower the barrier of entry to enable people with ideas to create communities, cooperatives or any other type of community company: rent a chef, neighbourhood communities, delivery companies, music bands and more. Our flexible white label software helps to manage the business, connect with customers and most importantly does not require technical know how or big initial investment or IT skills to start your business. We believe that with CoLiga will help anyone to create services market all over the world."
2. What Change does your initiative bring?
"Our Initiative brings change
in the three fields: 1) Shaping the collaborative cities as it provides tools for any group of people to self organize, going beyond a facebook group as here you can create projects, to do's and exchange services. For exemple our tool is used in apartment buildings, coworking spaces and services companies. 2) Social/ Environmental Impact as we connect people helping them to create community and exchange in a local basis this creates social capital and it is good for the environment as it strongly fosters the local economies. 3) Exemplary Governance as we also provide tools for people to vote within their communities we encourage more distributed governance within companies, projects and communities."
